Now that looks pretty cool.  Also, why did you go with a wood burning stove instead of a pellet stove?  I always heard a pellet stove was more efficient and cheaper.

I know I do. I've never had an account here. No real reason to bother, as I can abide by a ToS with no oversight and all the functions I require are adequately expressed with a guest account. With the added bonus of changing my handle whenever it suited me, not having to be bothered with bullshit in PM boxes or maintaining some wanky "reputation".



Past the obvious I mean. People used to try and shame me into registration here as though it meant something. Perhaps it did.. to them. Eventually they gave up trying and failing to browbeat me to their table and found other things to complain about.

Pellet stoves are more complex, thus more to go wrong, and are generally more expensive initially.  Plus they require a source of electricity to operate, which could be an issue during a power outage.



Pellet stoves are more efficient though, but I haven't really done any apples to apples calculations as to run costs...  Modern EPA wood stoves are fairly efficient too though.



I live in an area with an abundance of trees, so for me it makes sense to have a stove that can burn them.  In a more urban environment I can see the appeal of a pellet stove, but where I live I can fill my pickup truck with wood almost for free with a little bit of effort should I desire, without having to drive too far.  Wood stoves just seem to be the go-to out here...



Also, you just can't beat the ambiance of a wood stove!

I guess I could!  In the past there'd be no point because the Chinese lady would study IP addresses, and if matched up to a known proxy addy, registration wouldn't get approved.  That was her hobby, studying IP addresses.



Thank god her husband finally stepped in with an intervention, and put his boot down forcing her to become a wife and mother again, instead of studying IP addresses 24/7.



Real Woman's husband had to do the same thing, when her forum usage had become damaging to their marriage!

I'm convinced her husband had a talk with her about her 24/7 forum time, and possibly her E-romance with an Australian cop.  Her husband finally had to become a man and tame his misbehaving wife like a wrangler tames a horse.  Sad, but many such cases...



Although there is also the possibly that she has become a drooling veggie due to the advancement of her disease, rendering her unable to communicate in any form.
