Well, no one in the so-called community posts anything like that anymore...the best we got was over 75 hours of Vocaroos by poor Scotty aka Blandscape talking in circles like he was channeling Joe Biden...then he had another mental breakdown and has not been heard from since.



I mean...Gary posted a few Vocaroos in which he told everyone the weather and also did a scary demon voice thing...Blazor did a Beavis and Buttocks impersonation, but nothing compared to the classic King Martini podcasts...especially the one where he was selling those mugs made in China that self-destructed when mailed to the buyers.



People in these community forums have very short attention spans, anything posted that is over 100 words will get you a TLDR gif...as for audio, Scotty basically ruined it when he started spamming infomercials for mental health awareness.

Yeah, that's not bad actually. I should get off my duff and search for a program I can store locally that processes vocal tracks to imitate a wider variety of voices than I'm capable of. I might revisit the whole song flaming shtick then, poke my head above the proverbial parapet and start flinging them out into the wider community in that case.



Years ago, Evil Blood and I were working on a butchering of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" to commemorate (in our own inimitable way) the eleventh anniversary of the WTC bombings from an Al Qaeda perspective. Now that would have been hard work to finish, we only managed to brainstorm about a third of the song before running out of ideas like "mama / just killed some men / flew my plane into their shed, now they want my fucking head" and "I see a little sillhouetto of a man / Georgie Bush Georgie Bush, you can suck my mandingo". Pretty sure that would have got a lot of people screaming murder had we completed it, ready for a shitpost rejoinder to the annual "on this day" reminder post from TWAP. You know, for shits and giggles. And there's also a pile of spaghetti somewhere largely about Dopeman which I'll occasionally toy with a little with no real expectation of yielding a final result. Not much point when the person(s) you're lampooning are gone and long forgotten, and that pretty much goes for any content that's produced, not just audio.



Still, not a month goes by where I don't find myself mentally rewriting a song in whole or in part, so who knows? Today I've had two - Ben Folds "Rocking The Suburbs" rebadged as "DOSsing The Servers" to poke fun at the wokels currently invested in disrupting Rumble's service; also Captain & Tennille warbling "Drugs Will Keep Us Together" in tribute to either transgenderism or COVIDiots (probably both). The spark is still there, I only need to tap into it, clear the throat and let it rip.

It's really easy to make audio now because there are so many AI programs that allow you to basically make a song using any current singer, like how that fake Drake and The Weekend duet went viral and made it onto all the major news networks...it's only a matter of time before some singer sues someone over this or demands half royalties like Grimes is doing.





Anyone can do Biden as evidenced by all the "Presidents playing video games", videos on Youtube, not very hard to imitate his speaking tones, just garble your words and add a bit of zombie.

This for example is pure text to speech using a top tier text to speech program that uses the latest AI powered voices...poor Scotty actually thought I was paying someone 10 dollars a poppy to do these when you can actually use it for free until you reach a word limit...then just delete your cookies and have it reset so you can use it again.

Heh, I remixed it. Really blew Cassandra Curse's mind when I did. Evil Blood and I had planned to do a complete rewrite of the Sergeant Pepper album. The first two songs were to be about Bricktop and I remember something about "Being For The Benefit Of Pickles Wife" was another one. "Hey Jude" was another Beatles song we never got around to doing, though it was practically already written as "Dead Jew" and dealt mostly with Ruthless1 of Flame4Cash fame. And of course there was already "While My Wheelchair Gently Squeaks" and "When I'm Sixty-Four.



The one I really feel like tackling is that Bon Jovi thing Mr Nice Guy did. Shouldn't be hard, the music is practically swamped by his vocal so it likely won't be hard to pull his vocal from it and layer it over an instrumental version of the original. Maybe some day.
