That was always his plan.  To change the company's toxic socialist culture he had to fire most of the dead wood and rot.  Then you bring in new talent who can actually be instilled with the new corporate culture.  If he is smart he  will also move as much of the staff as possible out of the bay area as socialist rot runs deep there.



That way he can rebuild it with a healthy and productive corporate cure which values hard work and free speech.
