Attorney General Pam Bondi sent a message Monday night to radicals: "If you take part in the wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, we will find you, arrest you, and put you behind bars."

Bondi made clear that this was not an idle threat, noting that Cooper Frederick, 24, has been charged in connection with the March 7 firebombing of a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado.

"All of these cases are a serious threat to public safety," said the attorney general. "Therefore, there will be no negotiating. We are seeking 20 years in prison."

The Trump administration deported an illegal alien on March 15 who was found by more than one immigration court to be a "danger to the community" and a member of the terrorist organization Mara Salvatrucha.

While a prime candidate for removal, government attorneys indicated that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was ultimately deported to El Salvador "because of an administrative error."

An Obama judge ordered the Trump administration on Friday to bring the Salvadoran national back into the United States. On Sunday, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis doubled down on her order, claiming that immigration agents "had no legal authority to arrest [Abrego Garcia], no justification to detain him, and no grounds to send him to El Salvador — let alone deliver him into one of the most dangerous prisons in the Western Hemisphere."

The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday that President Donald Trump can temporarily resume deporting illegal aliens under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg temporarily blocked summary deportations by the Trump administration invoking the 1798 act against members of the vicious Tren de Aragua gang. Many accused Boasberg, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, of being motivated not by the law but by political bias.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will be screening applicants' social media history to see if they have endorsed or have interacted with terrorists or organizations who support anti-Semitic terrorism.

In a USCIS memo effective immediately, the agency will look for any social media posts by aliens who submit certain benefit requests to screen out those who have expressed support for terrorists, especially organizations such as Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. Foreigners who are applying for lawful permanent resident status and student visas will go through the extra screening.

If the Trump administration intends to take the long, hard road toward reshoring, officials had best let people know what they are in for.

Tariffs aren't a one-dimensional tool. They can be used for all types of policy objectives, including punishing foreign states, renegotiating trade deals, raising tax revenues, and protecting domestic industries. They cannot, however, be all things to all people.

Is the goal to reshore American industry? Lower and erase trade barriers? Or simply break dependence on China? The problem for President Donald Trump's administration is that disorganized and mixed messaging (with a heavy dose of wishful coping) threatens to undermine the whole thing.

Democrats are pressing for more information on whether any people close to the Trump administration made stock trades ahead of the president's announcement that he was pausing some tariffs, a move that sent stocks soaring after several days of sharp declines.

Perhaps the Democrats can explain dow do you call it insider trading when he announced it to the whole world? That ruins the false insider trading narrative.

A federal judge in Maine on Friday ordered the Trump administration to restore around $3 million in funds that the U.S. Department of Agriculture pulled from Maine schools over the state's policy of allowing transgender athletes to compete in girls' sports.

The decision by U.S. District Court Judge John Woodcock is an early victory for Maine in a lawsuit Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey filed on Monday against the USDA over the frozen money.

Drag your friends to the polling station if you have to. Not a single freedom-loving hard working Canadian can afford to sit this election out.

338's aggregate still shows the Liberals leading, but the lead is shrinking.

Now that the tariff issue is no longer the number one concern, people are turning to bread and butter issues and the Liberals are vulnerable on them.

For the first time since the election started, we are seeing the Conservatives take the lead.

But, the Liberals would probably still win the most seats if the Tories win the popular vote by only two points.

I like El Salvador's president. I don't like democRATs.

Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) declared this week he intends to travel to El Salvador to advocate the release of an illegal alien since he was unable to secure a meeting with President Nayib Bukele while he was in Washington, D.C., on Monday.

The U.S. and El Salvador maintain that Abrego Garcia is a MS-13 gang member. Abrego Garcia claimed in 2019 while in the process of being deported that he was concerned about a rival gang in El Salvador killing him. The only "mistake" of deporting him back to El Salvador would be attributed to the stay he obtained because of the claimed threat, but both the MS-13 and 18th Street gangs are no longer a nationwide threat due to Bukele's crackdown on crime.

Bukele made it clear during his White House visit that he does not intend to send Abrego Garcia back to the U.S., in part because in the U.S., he is still an illegal alien.

"How can I return him to the United States? Like, I smuggle him into the United States? Of course I'm not going to do it. It's like ... this, the question is preposterous. How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States? I don't have the power to return him to the United States," Bukele said.

The French language leadership debate is tonight. The English language debate is tomorrow.

The main issue that has caused Canada's health care and housing crisis is mass immigration. I will bet they do not spend more than one minute on that subject. I will also bet they spend a lot of time on how to get Canada's insignificant emissions lower.
