My property taxes are $1050 this year and when I turn 65 I can have them frozen so I don't have to pay until the house is sold or I croak. My brother wants me to move to Texas (his property taxes are $4000 a year) but I'm keeping my ass right here.

San Francisco decides to give free money for the next 1.5 years to all "transgender" people who ide tiny as one of 97 different supposed genders.  Obviously, they are trying to promote delusions and mental illness.  Oh, "priority" will be given to non-whites, of course.
