Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement that "Today, ICE law enforcement arrested Kilmar Abrego Garcia and are processing him for deportation."

"President Trump is not going to allow this illegal alien, who is an MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial domestic abuser, and child predator, to terrorize American citizens any longer," added Noem.

Before surrendering to ICE in Baltimore on Monday, Garcia told supporters, "Brothers and sisters, my name is Kilmar Abrego Garcia, and I want you to remember this: Remember that I am free, and I was able to be reunited with my family."

Immigration officials reportedly offered to send Garcia packing to Costa Rica if he pleaded guilty to the human smuggling charges. Since he apparently chose not to take the deal, he will apparently be deported to Uganda.

Major cities across the country show radical leaders gaining momentum in their races for mayor — and New York City candidate Zohran Mamdani is leading them all.

The AARP New York-Gotham Polling and Analytics poll shows that the Queens assemblyman has taken a commanding lead in every possible scenario in this year's race, with a whopping 41.8% support.

The same poll had former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who's running as an independent, with 23.4% support; Republican nominee and Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa with 16.5% support; and incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, who is seeking re-election as an independent, with only 8.8% support.

Over in Minneapolis, Democratic socialist and mayoral candidate Omar Fateh, a Somali-American, is holding his political rallies — which don't appear to feature any American flags — in a foreign language.

The Republican National Committee was dealt a blow by a unanimous decision of the Third Circuit Appeals Court in the RNC's effort to discard undated and misdated ballots in Pennsylvania.

The three-judge panel said in the 55-page ruling that the affected ballots needed to be counted and failing to do so was unconstitutional. Pennsylvania voters are required to write the date on the envelope for their mail-in ballots.

The ruling orders Pennsylvania to honor mail-in ballots that are undated or misdated.

This is a bad sign for the Republicans.

ADemocrat easily won a special election in a deep-red Iowa state Senate district on Tuesday, raising serious concerns for Republicans in the state and across the country.

According to unofficial reports from the Woodbury County Auditor's Office, Democrat Catelin Drey, a 37-year-old activist for abortion rights and gun control, soundly defeated Republican Christopher Prosch for the open District 1 Senate seat, representing the Sioux City area, 55% to 44%. President Donald Trump carried Woodbury County by 23 points less than 10 months ago.

Once Drey is sworn into office, Republicans will no longer hold a supermajority in the Iowa Senate as they have had for the past three years.

Drey's victory marks the second unexpected Democrat win in Iowa in 2025. Back in January, Democrat state Sen. Mike Zimmer won a special election in Senate District 35 in Eastern Iowa, which Trump carried by over 20 points in November.

Over half of the current Democratic senators come from the 12 states with the highest levels of four year college degrees. Similarly, two thirds of House Democrats come from the 100 most highly educated districts across the country.

The Democrats have lost the working class vote. Blue collar Americans no longer vote Democrat.

John Bolton, President Donald Trump's former national security adviser, is reportedly under investigation for allegedly mishandling classified information. If held to his own standard, then his days as a free man might be numbered.

Republican Rep. August Pfluger, who chairs the Republican Study Committee, recently introduced a bill that would ensure only American citizens are counted in the United States census. The legislation, dubbed the COUNT Act, will ensure that illegal aliens are omitted from the census in order to fairly apportion congressional seats.

"The Biden administration sabotaged our census system to count millions of illegal aliens as American citizens, robbing congressional seats from law-abiding Republican states, including shortchanging my home state of Texas by at least one seat," Pfluger said.

Under former President Joe Biden's purview, the administration effectively rigged the census to include millions of illegal aliens into the census, skewing congressional representation in favor of Democrats. As a result, everyday American citizens were overshadowed and overlooked by Democrats' desire to secure a political advantage.

The census currently does not require individuals to provide proof of citizenship, often including illegal immigrants into the official count, which later informs congressional apportionment. Despite the clear malpractice, Democrats are keen on keeping with the status quo.

In May 2024, 202 Democrats unanimously voted against the Equal Representation Act, which requires the census to include a citizenship questionnaire designed to prevent illegal aliens from being included in the total count. Senate Democrats also unanimously defeated an amendment proposed by Republican Sen. Bill Hagerty of Tennessee in March 2024, which would similarly require a citizenship questionnaire on future censuses.

The Trump administration — and the country by extension — has enjoyed tremendous success over the past seven months.

The administration has, for instance, secured the border; reformed the foreign aid establishment; fired thousands of bureaucrats across the government; exposed elements of the deep state; routed racist DEI initiatives in the federal government; turned international trade on its head in America's favor; brokered historic peace deals between warring nations across the globe; taken meaningful steps to make America healthy again; driven down the foreign-born population and rounded up multitudes of dangerous criminal noncitizens; and set about the demolition of the child sex-change regime.

Rather than join their countrymen in enjoying the fruits of the administration's efforts, Democrats have apparently grown more bitter and resentful.

Polling data published on Wednesday by Gallup revealed that whereas 93% of Republicans approve of President Donald Trump's overall job performance, only 1% of Democrats signaled approval — a 92-point gap.

The polling outfit noted that this chasmic difference ties the record for the largest partisan divide in Gallup's presidential approval trends, which was set in June.

At least one mainstream media outlet is now admitting that Democrats are in trouble ahead of the 2026 midterms, and the numbers appear to prove it.

CNN data analyst Harry Enten broke down the major gains in voter registration in key swing states for Republicans.

Looking at the data from Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, Enten said, "The Republican Party is in their best position at this point in the cycle since at least 2005, in all four of these key battleground states."

Enten showed that Arizona had a three-point gain in Republican voter registration; Nevada had a six-point gain. Strikingly, North Carolina and Pennsylvania both had an eight-point gain in Republican voter registration.

"Are there any bright spots for Democrats? Have they picked up any ground since January 1 in terms of party registration? I'm not seeing it in these key swing states, these four key swing states. That's what we're talking about: party registration margin gain since January 1, 2025."

"The Democratic brand is in about as good a position as the Cracker Barrel rebrand," he added.
