But nearly a million in their best working condition have fled Russia, democracy might not be perfect and can be a joke sometime, but I'm sure it's much better than some a dictatorship hellhole country going through absolute corruption.

Emigration has been an ongoing problem in Russia since the collapse of the Soviet Union. Ukraine has actually lost more people as a percentage of the population to emigration than Russia, and I mean pre war.
