Inside the box is a pen with two needles. Why only two needles? Because the company recommends you use half the pen for one dose. YOU WILL END UP IN THE HOSPITAL WITH PANCREATITUS IF YOU DO THIS. If you do decide to use it start off with extremely small doses, maybe 3 or 4 clicks of the pen. Do not inject anywhere near the stomach, inject in your lower thigh. Even then you will be throwing up. It will take a long time to get used to so build up the dosage very slowly!



The commercial says "People using Ozempic have lost weight"... yeah because you're so fucking sick you can't keep anything down!
