60 grams of carbs a day is what is required for weight loss... never say NO cards always say LOW CARBS..  The weight watches International diet is probably the best diet... if you don't have a minimum daily carb value, you'll eventually become lethargic and then you'll start storing fat instead of burning fat because you will sit around more.. 60 grams is just over 20 ozs    so 1 piece of bread is 20 - 30 grams and 1 banana is the other 20-30 grams... to maintain your weight, have another 20-30



cane sugar is pure junk...



Also... when you start Ozempic...the 25 milligrams is enough..



They say you have 25 once a week for 4 weeks...



Then 50 once a week for a month...



Then you go up to 1 gram once a week for a month... I think the 25 milligrams is the right amount...and I didn't really need to increase...
