One need only venture over to CBT if one wishes to see a stale forum

I was going to register there, but I couldn't get through the thick layer of dust.

Guest posting isn't worth the hassle with idiots crawling around

Herman the chug wishes. Anything a farmer says isn't worth reading.

I have three wishes:

1. I wish I wasn't an Indian

2. I wish I had clear skin

3. I wish Herman would notice me.

I'm probably the whitest guy on. White skin, blue eyes, clear skin.

Herman is blatantly jealous. Glad I'm too educated to be farmer in Indian Country.

The more he posts pretending to be me the more desperate he shows himself to be.

You sound pretty jealous of him. Telling lies and such.

Hey personality inside me, do you think our skin will clear up when we turn 50 this year?

I sure hope not, popping the pimples on my cock is the only way I can lube my inflatable sex pig.

Fuck Fuckabee Sanders.

 :negative:

She's got some good ideas for her state, like dramatically raising teacher salaries... but man does she look like a pig.  Total boner killer.

American teachers' salaries should be performance based. Poor teachers should be paid what they are worth and hopefully they leave the profession. Remuneration for quality teachers would increase significantky.

It should be like that in every industry

anyone producing significantly better results than their peers should be rewarded commensurately. that's how you drive even greater overall advancement in any business vertical.

When I ran a division for a 50 billion dollar financial institution I always rewarded those who performed better in one way or another. Not financially tho as this was a heavily regulated environment unfortunately but in other ways such as 2 hour lunch breaks to use the corporate gym facilities or special days during the summer where they'd just have to call and say I'm not coming in today and could be at the beach sipping Pina Coladas for all I cared.. or even work from home days.

Anything to encourage better output ... and it worked!

Having an army of people making the same money with identical perks to do the same job regardless of personal dedication & performance only gets you people who do enough just to retain their employment. And that is exactly why socialism and communism will never work in a society governed by man.

I was employed in the upstream oil and gas industry my entire working career. If you did not do your job really well, you were fired. It was that simple.

Same here. The entertainment industry has a saying "you're only as good as your last gig". Meaning that if your last job was a clanger, you'd get dropped quicker than a sack of steaming shit.

My security net wasn't a government handout, it was purely down to how good a product I could deliver. I learned that truth from one of my mentors, a guy by the name of Tony Cohen. An inveterate heroin and amphetamine addict with a habit of damaging studio equipment (as well as pilfering it), somewhat unreliable in his attendance, but a fucking demon when it came to extracting the best out of the performers, committing it to tape and compiling it into a final mix of world class standard. Studio owners and record company execs hated it, but they would employ him time and time again because of the quality of product he invariably delivered.

I took a few leafs out of his book, the most enduring one was how to put the screws to performers to exact their absolute best performance. I've had goth acts practically slashing their own wrists, punk bands ready to smash their way through the control room window to beat my brains in. One vocalist I had in tears as he sang about the loss of his mother to cancer over a year before. All in the name of the performance. Hell, if I'm giving it my all, you're going to give it too.

And they did.

It was rare I'd get a band back for their second album, but I nearly always got them back for their third. And fourth. And fifth. Because I was getting results for them that beat whatever else was available. They knew it would be hard, but at the end there would be a master their manager could send to the pressing plant that represented their craft at its absolute best. And I wasn't always a cunt in the studio, just when the material required me to be.

You can get away with a lot when you deliver.

Teacher unions are influential within the Democratic party. You know they will move mountains before they will agree to performance based compensation. It is not in their interest.
