Yes, from alcohol.  When I was really stressed out some years back, I was drinking and then eating.  It's a horrible lifestyle.  I quit and never went back...I love sobriety!



I'm 140 pounds...I went upto 200 pounds lol....never again!!  I'm about 145 -150 now.  Once my left leg starts working properly again, I'll be able to do more activities.  I like the weight I'm at, it looks good on my frame, but im gotten some love handles from not being able to stay active...once the left leg fully bends...I'm up and getting 'er done!!

Yeah.  I'll never let anything stress me out that bad again...and I have no desire for booze.  I really hated how nothing fit properly.  I hated the extra pudge.  I could never go back to that...I like to move around, jump, dance....im hoping I'll be able to jump again??  :(
