The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Aug. 19 told the U.S. public not to eat, sell, or serve certain imported Walmart frozen shrimp produced by an Indonesian company because it may have been exposed to a radioactive material.

Health officials said in a statement that it is investigating reports of Cesium-137 contamination in shipping containers as well as shrimp products that were processed by Indonesia-based PT. Bahari Makmur Sejati, also known as BMS Food.

The shrimp was sold in Walmart locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia, according to a notice from the FDA.

The Biden administration killed a criminal probe into Bolton. It appears he may yet reap the whirlwind.
Within minutes of FBI Director Kash Patel tweeting on Friday morning, "NO ONE is above the law... FBI agents on mission," federal agents raided the D.C.-area home of John Bolton, President Donald Trump's former national security adviser.

A Trump administration official told the New York Post that federal agents stormed Bolton's Bethesda, Maryland, house at 7 a.m. on Patel's orders.

The raid is in connection to a probe reportedly involving classified documents that was launched years ago but torpedoed by President Joe Biden's administration for "political reasons," according a top U.S. official.

The Department of Justice during Trump's first term opened a criminal investigation in 2020 into whether Bolton disclosed classified information in his book, "The Room Where It Happened," after first proving unable to stop the publication of the book with a lawsuit.

The case was referred to the DOJ by then-Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe.

Trump noted in June 2020, "Washed up Creepster John Bolton is a lowlife who should be in jail, money seized, for disseminating, for profit, highly Classified information.

A Milwaukee woman is getting a mental assessment after she was arrested over a gruesome and disturbing find in her apartment, Wisconsin police said.

Investigators initially responded to a call reporting a foul smell from the apartment near North 27th and State streets. Shyanna Brothers, 28, told police that the smell was coming from old food before they found a cardboard box in a locked room.

Police said the large box was surrounded by hundred of flies, and they found the remains of a decomposing baby inside. The rest of the room was empty.

"Bodily fluids from [the child's] body were soaking the bottom of the cardboard box," the criminal complaint reads.

The child was identified as the 10-month-old baby of the woman, and an autopsy found that the child had suffered a skull fracture, likely from blunt-force trauma.

Massachusetts Senate Bill S.2246. Introduced by state Senate Majority Leader Cynthia Creem, it sets the stage for a future where the government tracks and potentially limits how many miles you drive each year. This isn't a fringe proposal — it's working its way through the legislature right now, and similar ideas are being tested in other states across the country.

Is this really about emissions — or is it about power and control?
