My brother called me and told me he fell and suffered a dislocated shoulder.....has anyone here ever had that or know of someone who did?

Can it be repaired without surgery?

How long is the recovery?

My son in law is an ER doc and deals with them frequently along with other joint dislocations including jaw dislocations. He typically gives a sedative and pops them back into place. Recovery is probably age related as the soreness takes some time to go away. If there is any soft tissue tearing, that can be another problem but as long as nothing is torn or broken, no problemo!

As the United States navigates a fragile ceasefire in its conflict with Iran, the price of oil has remained volatile and high. Brent crude, the international benchmark, was trading at $104.21 per barrel at market close on Monday, nearly 57% higher than its pre-conflict price. Inflation has risen as a result and is in a territory it hasn't been since 2023, according to an analysis by NBC News.

On Tuesday morning, the Bureau of Labor Statistics released its monthly Consumer Price Index update for April. It reported that inflation in April was 3.8%.

This is not good for the GOP going into the midterms.
