I am incredibly thankful that America has the 2nd Amendment for the sole purpose of overthrowing the government. A side benefit is if you go kookoo in a public place, ESPECIALLY in a red state, you'll get smoked. Other countries are of course entitled to do as they please and disarm their people. I've only ever live like this I was 13 when the gun laws in uk changed so I know no different, still known or met plenty of people who have or had firearms though tbh, there not gone and you're only a few calls away from owning one if you're willing to risk it.
