We need to tie them down in Ukraine and make sure they lose or there WILL be a WW2 and the Russians will use nukes because they know they can't win.  So they will have to fight dirty.  The longer the Ukraine war goes on or if the Russians are defeated then that puts off that nuclear 2ar.
