IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT SITE MOVE!

The new server has been provisioned and the site files are being moved over as I type this message.



The actual move is going to be happening within the next week and of course there will be updates to this thread prior to the cutover day. I expect there to be no access to either site (this one of the new one) for at least 5 to 8 hours. Maybe less but lets count on that as a baseline



As I mentioned earlier the new site will carry over your user profiles, posts and other settings specific to your account but NOT your password.



what this means is your username will be there (bound to all your posts) and the email you originally used to establish your account but there will be no password associated with it. If you want to get back in to your account there are only three ways.



1. Make sure the email address on file in your existing account HERE is up to date and accessible by you. You will then need to use the "forgot password function" to have a reset link emailed to you.



2. You contact me privately now via PM and tell me what you want your password to be on the new site and then change it once you're in. Remember, this password is what you will want it to me, not what it is now! Remember that.



3. You wait until you cannot login there and until I find a way to allow you the ability to login to the old site which we will check periodically for idiots who didn't heed these instructions before hand
