Looks good ^^

Here in Greece, Thanksgiving isn't recognized by the culture, only expats celebrate it and it's not enough to stock the markets with the usual fare.

So it was chicken instead of turkey, and no cranberry sauce or stuffing could be found.

But we made it work.

The wife does all the cooking. I clean up afterwards.

She said something about it being roasted in duck fat to give it taste.

We had 6 friends/neighbors over our place. Greeks, Armenia, Germans, Albanian.

The Germans are vegetarians. My wife told me today how much they loved the taste of the roast potatoes, and thought it was amusing that they had no clue that the potatoes were also soaked in the duck fat that was also on the chicken (which of course they didn't eat).

I said "you served duck fat to unknowing vegetarians?". She laughed and said yes, nothing wrong with that, they eat eggs and dairy products!

Still seems wrong to me.
