It was never a question of boredom (I love working with code); I just wanted to do something else for sheer spite because now I have to make/code those fucking icons so I'll get to them when I get to them and if they don't like it they can kiss my entire ass.

This is from the email they sent me:

Starting in September 2023, we will begin emailing folks who are nearing (or exceeding) their Font Awesome Free pageview limits. As a reminder, all Free accounts include 10,000 pageviews per month. Limits reset on the first of each month.

These emails are meant to increase transparency around your account and how it's being used. At this time, we will NOT be shutting off accounts who exceed their pageviews limits.

Notice the "at this time"?

I know I don't actually have to worry about getting any of those nagging emails but the principle of the thing just kinda rubs me the wrong way.

If you have the paid (Pro) account with them I think the limit is 1 million page views per month which I definitely don't need. Heh

That one's done.
I also partly finished my own project in that I made the icons and set up the CSS to make sure they displayed properly but now I need to turn one set into a sprite. I guess I should probably finish that before tackling the 27-page thread...
