If genitals don't define gender, how does removing them affirm it.

A federal trial court recently delivered a victory for parental rights, recognizing their continued existence in the face of radical LGBT activists' efforts to usurp parental authority and indoctrinate other people's children.

First-grade Pennsylvania teacher Megan Williams compelled her young students to "observe" so-called Transgender Awareness Day — subjecting 6- and 7-year-old kids to non-curricular propaganda about "gender identity" and sex changes.

Williams, a Black Lives Matter activist who transitioned her own son who had been in first grade at the time, went so far as to tell the impressionable children in her care that their "parents ma[d]e a guess whether they're a boy or a girl" and may have been wrong.

Upon learning of this clandestine effort to confuse and indoctrinate their children, parents — who were provided with neither notice nor opt-outs — complained. However, the principal of Jefferson Elementary as well as the superintendent and now-retired assistant superintendent of Mt. Lebanon School District backed Williams.

Last week, Judge Joy Conti of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania largely agreed and ruled in their favor, underscoring that:

parents have a constitutional right to reasonable and realistic advance notice and the ability to opt their elementary-age children of noncurricular instruction on transgender topics and to not have requirements for notice and opting out of those topics that are more stringent than those for other sensitive topics.

The parents, whose complaint accused Williams of "grooming" at least one vulnerable child in her classroom, were confounded by how the school and the Mt. Lebanon School District, which had previously provided parental notice and opt-out rights when it came to classroom engagements with sensitive topics — such as the Holocaust, slavery, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, sex education, Black Lives Matter, and Planned Parenthood — effectively made Williams' LGBT propaganda session mandatory.

A person who was coerced into transitioning as a child regrets her decision.

Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina was apparently threatened by a man who identifies as transgender after the congresswoman proposed legislation that would require individuals to use the restroom that corresponds to their biological sex.

In a social media post, the transgender individual, who goes by Venus, apparently threatened to kill Mace as well as other activists who are outspoken against transgenderism.

"This video goes out to Congresswoman Nancy Mace," Venus said in the video posted to Instagram. "Congresswoman Nancy Mace, I do hope that one day I do find you in that woman's bathroom, and I grab your ratty looking f***ing hair and drag your face down to the floor while I repeatedly bash it in until the blood's everywhere and you're dead."

House Speaker Mike Johnson of Louisiana announced a ban on biological males in congressional bathrooms for women after a heated debate over a transgender congressperson's demands.

The controversy erupted after Democratic Rep. Sarah McBride from Delaware was elected to the House as the first openly transgender member. Republicans authored a bill to restrict biological males from using bathrooms designated for women. :thumbup2:

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) introduced a resolution last month to make biological reality — not delusion — the determining factor for which single-sex facilities House members or employees can use. That would mean, of course, that Delaware Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D) would have to use the men's restroom in the new year. House Speaker Mike Johnson put the ban in place on Nov. 20.

For stating that "biological men do not belong in private women's spaces," Mace, the first woman to graduate from the Citadel's Corps of Cadets and a rape survivor, has faced incredible abuse from her Democratic peers and was even threatened by a cross-dressing activist who stated in a video, "I do hope that one day I do find you in that woman's bathroom, and I grab your ratty-looking f***ing hair and drag your face down to the floor while I repeatedly bash it in until the blood's everywhere and you're dead."

True to form, an LGBT activist reportedly attacked Mace on Capitol Hill Tuesday.

Mace stated on X, "I was physically accosted at the Capitol tonight by a pro-tr*ns man. One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm and it'll heal just fine."

"Your tr*ns violence and threats on my life will only make me double down," wrote Mace. "FAFO. #HoldTheLine."

The congresswoman noted in another post, "All the violence and threats keep proving our point. Women deserve to be safe."

U.S. Capitol Police officers from the House Division and agents with the Threat Assessment Section tracked down and arrested Mace's alleged attacker, 33-year-old James McIntyre of Illinois.
