The government funded broadcaster disguised identities in an attempt to trap an elected official.

THE SCHEME: A Canadian author, who wrote a book about Sir John A. Macdonald was approached by a production group to do an interview. But what she didn't know was that it was ALL FAKE! They connected her with a fake company, fake work opportunities, and fake business deals.

Then after months of deception, they revealed it was all an intentional setup designed to demonize Sir John A. Macdonald and smear her.

Is this what Marc Miller meant when he claimed the CBC is necessary for "social cohesion"?

This is something you would expect from a university fraternity, not a taxpayer-funded broadcaster.

Why is the taxpayer-funded broadcaster contacting Canadians in disguise and trying to trick them into participating in a twisted social experiment, in partnership with American leftists?

And will taxpayers also need to cover the legal bills for CBC in the inevitable lawsuits they are about to face?

Lindsay Shephard had published a children's book on Sir John A. Macdonald. She was targeted and endured fake interviews she later discovered were created to demonize Canada's founder, along with Shephard herself. The production company even created a prototype collectible to make their hoax appear more genuine.

t has been found that this CBC-funded show approached author Jerry Amernic, BC MLA Dallas Brodie, and Conservative commentator/MP Aaron Gunn. Other names will likely surface as this scandal spreads.

An investigation of this production must be held. Just how many tax dollars went into this hoax? Dozens of people were involved, and just creating the fake backstory must have cost a fortune. Not to mention setting up fake studios and flying victims across the country to participate.

Tim Hortons got caught telling a big lie — and they told it straight to your face!

This week, the company — which isn't even Canadian, by the way; it's owned by a Brazilian hedge fund called 3G Capital — announced with great fanfare that they're going to start hiring Canadians again. The regime media ate it up without a single hard question. The Globe and Mail. CTV. Global News. All of them just reprinted Tim Hortons' talking points, word for word. Not surprising — Tim Hortons is one of their biggest advertisers. They've been paid to look the other way.

But here's what they didn't tell you.

Just seven days ago, the Tim Hortons CEO was personally registered as a lobbyist to keep Canada's immigration laws as loose as possible. It's right there in the official lobbyist registry — in his own words. He's been going to bat for mass immigration while publicly claiming the company hasn't lobbied for foreign workers in over a year. That's what he told the Globe and Mail. It's a lie.

But, wait. There's more.

Go right now to the federal government's Temporary Foreign Worker website, built for foreigners to find jobs in Canada — and search "Tim Hortons." What do you find? Eighty-six active job postings.

Globe and Mail columnist Robyn Urback warned that Alberta's referendum would scare investment off "indefinitely," Pembina Pipeline announced a $570 million investment in Alberta to build the Heartland Extraction Plant, backed by a long-term supply agreement with Dow and set to come online in 2029. Investors, it seems, weren't reading her column.
