I hear leftists make that excuse over and over but it holds no water or at least very little.  No, Nicaragua or El Salvador isn't screwe because the U.S. intervened 100+ years ago to make them pay their debts.  It is screwed up because of bad decisions people in those countries made and continue to make.  The leftist lie that brown skinned Latins are inferior, have no agency, that everything must be the fault of whitey is just a false troupe entirely based up racist beliefs on the left as well as lack of real knowledge.
