The appeals court had four avenues of the gag order to consider: a ban against Trump and his legal team speaking against the judge, the staff, the prosecutors, and the jury. The appeals court struck down three of those and retained only a portion of the gag order against jury members, but narrowed that avenue to pertain only to actual and potential jury members.

Sounds like a major loss for democRATs and the government.
