What's the point? The penalties are already severe...

....but these penalties aren't applied to leftist activists.

Same with petty theft in California... under 950 bucks, help yourself each day..

Let's just 800 bucks is the average take instead of 949.00....

(And allowing for annual leave, because crims enjoy holidays)

That's a lucrative grift.

Getting shot in the face but more so the genitals for theft/defacement, is the right way to go...
