Well apart from the inappropriate laughing and giggles she could easily win an election.

She is pleasant to look at... hard and tough talking when she is supposed to be but America is a pretty patriarchal society so I see that as her block..

I don't know. I have only ever seen her twice really... once when she was telling illegal aliens to not come to the USA and then  after the debate defending Biden.

She's very unpopular within the party (the Bidens, Jill in particular, hate her guts and regard her as subhuman) and she has a low approval rating among the voters. During the 2020 primaries, her approval rating was running at around 1% after then-democrat rival Tulsi Gabbard wiped the floor with her in formal debate and she dropped out of the running rather than face political suicide of getting smashed underfoot by other nomination hopefuls in her home state.

Her political history is tarnished with her reputation as the district attorney for San Francisco (which she slept around to attain) where she deliberately blocked evidence which would have acquitted the falsely imprisoned and advocated for the sterilization of convicts if they were black. She also bragged about her imprisonment of the parents of truant children with fines of $2000 and prison time of 12 months for the parents of students who missed 3 days od school or more. And yet as border Czar under the Biden administration her "tough on crime" reputation has distinguished itself for its extreme inadequacies in stemming the crime of illegal entries to the country wih as many as a quarter of a million examples in December of last year alone.

She's not up against the patriarchy as much as she is her own poor record. That woman is seen as a liability, both from within her own party and without and as bad as Joe Biden is, she is quantifiably worse. It has been said (and I can certainly see this as a distinct possibility) that if she were installed as POTUS in place of Biden before his term expires, we the western sphere would be in full blown nuclear conflict with Russia before the year was out, if only to prove that a "woman of color" could hang with the worst warmongering of male presidents that the US could offer.

I prefer Tulsi Gabbard myself. At least she has military experience and boasts a preference for the diplomatic solution rather than going in all cannons blazing. She's better spoken than Kamala, doesn't have her level of baggage and is not afraid to reach across the aisle for bipartisan support. A refreshing change from an administration that has spent the last three years actively trying to divide its people and imprison their political enemies.

Trump was once considered a business democrat. He could do a lot worse than to offer the choice of running mate to someone like Tulsi, an ex-democrat herself who turned her back on the party largely on the back of its corruption. She has her own drawbacks (as I am sure someone like Frood would be only too happy to point out) but in a head to head against Kackaling Kamala there is no competition; Tulsi would prove a vastly superior choice to Kamala.

Point well made... and remember that was way back then. The "appearances mattered" problem is significantly amplified in today's day and age with television wont to repeat tightly edited soundbites (eg: "fine people on both sides") and unflattering video clips (like shuffling down a slippery ramp) over and over, but only for certain candidates. Other examples are often reported only once, if they get reported at all.

Caskur freely admits she is basing her analysis on two examples of Kamala that she can point to. And that would be fair if those two examples were shining examples of the larger body of accomplishments in Kamala's political career.
Digging about for other examples proves that they aren't, not when you start unearthing her previous comments that indicated she was only too happy to welcome in a ton of "refugees" across the southern border before she secured the VP position. I remember her arguing the case for such far more vehemently than her weak "don't come" 180 after the election for instance.

And as for her defense of Biden to Anderson Pooper after the debates, that was plain embarrassing. The mockingbird media have been running cover for Biden practically non-stop in the face of legitimate concerns about his mental competence, not to mention his criminality. Suddenly the loudest voices are singing a different tune... strangely harmonious with those of us branded "conspiracy theorists", and Kamala is somehow out of the loop on this?

The powers behind the throne clearly have "someone more pleasant to look at" than Kamala. I wouldn't be al all surprised to see them selling their choice on the nightly news in short order.
