A few weeks back a new guy to Canada was on the bus chatting with a few passengers and the topic of where to visit or live came up. Calgary was one of them and he asked if that's where all the cowboys live. He also asked if that's where all of Canada cows are. He had the whole bus cracking up, it was funny.

We are having a potluck lunch and a gift exchange today..



I am bringing Taiwanese style meat pies and sweet and sour chicken..



Our Christmas potluck is always so much fun.

I love pot lucks, gives everyone a chance to sample other people's dishes. We're going to my brother and his family's house for Christmas dinner. On boxing day we're having bacon and sausage cabbage rolls and home made crackers, which I still have to make. Got all the goodies to go into them and have to still write out the little lame jokes lol.
