Facing opposition from some lawmakers, U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., yanked on Wednesday his plan for government funding that would also mandate proof of citizenship in order to vote.

Just wait until the election.  If, and I mean a very big IF, Kamala wins, then she'll have to justify not having any rules about who gets to vote.  Which pretty much plays right into the hands of the Republicans.  Win-win, IMO.
