As for what the cop in Minneapolis did, he did what he was supposed to do. A friend took this picture outside a Walmart in the city I lived in back in Canada. An East Asian cop had his knee on the neck of a white perp. Not only is it acceptable, but it's what Canadian cops are trained to do.
