Cannabis derivatives are perfectly legal in Canada and sold at cannabis shops everywhere.

Well cocaine isn't and the people in the original post are Indian drug smugglers. We had an Australian Indian executed in Indonosia by firing squad.

I have seen Canadian Border control on our TV and any American with marijuana are not let into Canada so it must be a new thing.

I just did a fact check on your post formosan...I think you need to refresh your Canadian laws.

Cannabis. It is illegal to take cannabis across the Canadian border, whether you are entering or leaving the country. This includes products containing cannabis, such as edible cannabis, cannabis extracts and cannabis topicals, and all products containing CBD. 25 July 2024

Can I bring my CBD to Canada?

It is illegal to take cannabis – including products containing cannabis, such as edible cannabis, cannabis extracts and cannabis topicals, and all products containing CBD – across the Canadian border, whether you are entering or leaving the country: No matter how much cannabis you have with you.

I posted that cannabis is perfectly legal in Canada and it is sold in tax paying stores everywhere..

There is a cannabis factory in my province.....I can't imagine a need to import marijuana when we produce so much of it domestically.....unless like contraband cigarettes and alcohol it is to avoid taxes.

The usage, and sale of marijuana in stores has been perfectly legal within Canada since 2017.....importation is another matter.

There are a lot of items while legal in Canada that you cannot bring im from a foreign country without a permit. Fireworks, plants, most animals, a lot of food items, and cannabis. All of them, if you declare it, you will not be charged. Bring in heroin and you will be because it is an illegal substance in Canada. Understand?

Are you making a comment based on the first post which is about skanky Canadian  Indians trying to smuggle 40 million dollars worth of cocaine into Canada or are you trying to cover up formosans gaff on marijuana smuggling?

We do get Canadian border control shows in  Australia like you get ours.... I know exactly what is and isn't allowed.

And marijuana was decriminalised in Western Australia over 25 years ago. That just means people are fined on the spot and not in court. People still have to go to drug education programs when they are caught.

When I lived in Canada, I couldn't drive five blocks in my city without seeing a cannabis shop. Smoking areas outside buildings have as many pot smokers as they do cigarette smokers.
