I tripped over these guys on the internet several years ago while looking for something else. Turned out they're a Montana band. They've produced a lotta music and everything I've listened to is good. Very melodic.

I found this motor city band years ago. I also had a slower version of this song I liked even better than this. But, for the life of me, I can't find it anywhere. Anyway, they're kinda quirky, but they're also pretty damn good:

Buckwheat was from Erick, Oklahoma. They cut four albums for London Records, but nothing popped. They were headed by a superb vocalist, Debbie Campbell. Sadly, she passed in 2004.

This band hails from Austin, Texas. Like so many others, I found this song while rootin' around on the Internet quite a few years ago. These guys are very good musicians and this is a very good song that has held up well over time:
