It looks like the US has a trade surplus with Australia even if it is temporary. For trade in goods, America's trade surplus with Australia in 2022 was US$14.4 billion.

Caskur wrote it that it looked like she was saying Australia was one of the few countries with a trade surplus with America when the opposite is true. She may not have meant to say that, but that is how she wrote it.
