and aside from the fact that there is a deportation order in effect which they have willingly chose to ignore this idea that there was an "administrative error" is, on it's face, a fucking absurdity. If we are deporting illegal aliens to where should we deport them if not to their home country of origin?

As I stated from the beginning, the only debatable element in this case was whether or not he actually deserved to be locked up in a notorious maximum security prison. Other than that, the administration acted appropriately

and from what I hear he is no longer housed at this prison so this is a closed matter. He is in his country of origin as per the immigration court's deportation order and should remain there. Period
