Mao the murderer accepted help from whatever source he could. He wasn't picky.

It's common knowledge that President Chiang Kai Shek received aid from the US to fight the Japs, but instead used it to fight the Reds. What is not as well known is that both the US and the USSR also channelled money to Mao's guerrilla army to fight the Japs, but instead he used it to fight Chiang's Republican government in Nanjing.
