Guy is 30 years old with a history of mental illness & incidents with the local police. He ran several people over driving at full speed with an SUV. Then the fucker stepped out of the car trying to run away. When he couldn't he said "I'm sorry. Boohoo!" Hes not insane if he was aware of what he'd done. Plus he had this planned out.

Guy should have had his drivers license taken away from them.

Also the requirements for driving an SUV should be a higher grade license for the safety of the public

I've driven Ford Navigators & Escalades & they are fucking big vehicles that can do a lotta damage.

Allowing this guy to drive that class of vehicle or hold a license was absolutely Criminal on the government's part. I hope they are reviewing their licensing requirements.

Anyway I just spoke to a friend who is married to a Filipina & his daughter was at that event. She was unharmed but saw the aftermath of the incident  Bigly.

It was a street festival with roads accessible by motor vehicles. So that was a major part of the problem.

Yeah I'd avoid street festivals in general if they are becoming this unsafe.

that's correct major oversight on whomever it is that organized this event.

They should have invested in some form of telekinesis and allowed the festival goers to hoover at a comfortable distance above ground and this would have never happened!

I got stuck smack dab in the middle of the Golden Gate bridge during the 50th anniversay bridgewalk back in 1987. Couldn't go forward, couldn't go back, couldn't do anything but stand there for three hours until they cleared the crowd enough for me to get out.

If the big one hit while I was there all I would have been able to do is go for a swim. With 887,000 tons of steel and concrete on top of me.

Whenever you see a big crowd, turn around and run the other way.
