Dugan has been charged with two federal felony counts: obstructing or impeding a proceeding before a department or agency of the U.S. and concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest.

Point of order; did I hear you say "previously deported"? And they they are back in the country again... illegally?

That's an automatic felony charge, right there. Dugan needs to be kicked to the kerb for aiding and abetting felons.

Which in real terms means (among other things) that the immigration system is not functioning as it should. "Broken" as it were.

It can be fixed... I took Critical Thinking in high school, that's why I can argue this premis from a position of pure logic. Get the judicial system under control and get to arresting anyone that seeks to pervert it; when you get rid of all these spannerheads in the works, it goes a long way towards making the immigration system whole again. I'd go you one better even... the rot is systemic and wide ranging, as evidenced by the hordes (of spannerheads) screaming this illegal immigrant and people trafficker "dindu nuffin" and must therefore be effectively abducted back into the country.

He "diddu sumfin", didn't he? Illegally in the country, participating in a smuggling operation where the cargo is other illegal immigrants. These are crimes, this guy is clearly a criminal and by going to a foreign country to abduct him and bring him back (itself a crime), you are giving him the opportunity to indulge in further criminal activity... at everyones expense.

So the answer to of him "not doing nothing" is to prevent him from gaining the opportunity to do more of it. Fix the fucking education system so that graduates might at least understand cause and effect, or lock up the braindead mental cases championing these dickheads cause because they are clearly a danger to themselves and society at large.
