Since i broke up with him, we havent stayed in touch. He had a huge tantrum about how if im not staying friends with him its fucked up if me and his sister stay friends.

But she was the one i really grieved the hardest. My kids really missed her too. Arabic men suck. No matter how "westernized" they seem...they are control freaks.

Im turning 45 this summer 

Ive become intense about staying in shape. I dont want to hit that point in middle age where the odds of coming back are slim to nothing. Then all ill have to look forward too is a cascade of medical tribulations. Diabetes and heart failure and weeping skin. 

 I have been extra the past few years with taking care of myself. Probably because year 3 living with the love of my life.

I made the decision then that I better do something about it now before it's too late. All it took for me was laying off the bread. I am active. A lot more active than most fellas in their late fifties.

I aint saying one diet change will work for everybody, but it did for me. The point is always look for the easiest change first.

 But i dont like telling people what i eat or how i work out or what products i use on my skin...what vitamins and supplements i take. Because everyones body is different.

 What works for me may not be good for someone else.

 My man is around 390 pounds. Mind you he is 6'7 so he wears it well.  He is turning 47 this summer and he has started really wanting me to start teaching him all my healthy habits and helping him.

 Which is cute because for years he would make fun of me and give me shit for it. He always accused me of being a dirty hippie because i prefer clean, eco friendly products and businesses.

 I have slowly converted him so well he just picks the healthier and cleaner versions of everything now without any prompting lol.

 Bread is gonna be rough to let go of over here. We at least bake our own bread here but still. Losing most carbs for a while would help him.

He is thick. Not thin at all but not fat either. I much prefer men who are a bit chonky. He is extremely tall.  If he were thin he would look weird imo.
