You are 100% correct. France, Germany, Ireland, the Benelux countries and Sweden. The changes in Holland are too little too late.

Denmark and Austria are salvageable because of changes they made before it was too late. The 2 Iberian countries I would say are leaning more towards France and Germany.

The former East Bloc countries of Central and Eastern Europe are the last true outposts of European civilization on the continent.
