How do you know this is accurate?

The reason I say this is that the green left in the province I lived in back in Canada used to make similar claims. We found out royalties were not only paid, but they were used to build hospitals, schools, roads, and produce balanced budgets among other things.

I think what is more likely is that royalties are deferred until investors recover their investment. That's how it worked in Canada for new natural resource projects.

I'm not saying UR wrong here Cas. I'm just saying they may not be telling you the whole story.
