Bills C-48, C-69, carbon caps, new environmental impact assessment rules and now Carney's consensus insanity. After a decade of Liberal misrule Canada has never been more dependent on only one market. Former PM Stephen Harper is right to criticize what the Liberals have done and are still doing to destroy prosperity and have us at the mercy of only one market.

Both parties are to blame avatar_DKG DKG.

It was Mulroney who pushed us into NAFTA with a free trade agenda pushed by the Republican party in the USA

But I would agree that Trudeau is blameworthy.

He was too tied to Obama & had too cozy a relationship with that crowd.

so with the 2nd coming of Trump, that didn't work anymore and Trudeau had to go.

Aint it ironic that some folks are talking about diversification while Trump signs a $1.4 trillion energy export and investment deal with the US.

Trump keeps leaving Canada under the Liberal party further and further behind.

We are moving on from the Canadian market.  Mark should find new dance partners but his party has shown no willingness to do that.

Sweetie, what has a thirty five year old agreement to eliminate remaining trade barriers between Canada and America have to do with Mr Trudeau and Mr Carney blocking Canada's biggest export which is energy from reaching global markets?

Cozy relationships Honeybunch? Are you saying Trudeau deliberately kept Canada dependent on the American market because they were or are having an intimate relationship like ours?

No trade deals with Trump, no new markets and no unfrastructure projects fast tracked. That is okay since one hundred countries have already signed deals with the US worth $16 trillion.
But do not worry folks. Conman Carney is going to make you taxpayers pay about $20 of the fee to use the Confederation Bridge to PEI.
