In Canada, Labour Day is a time to recognize and honor the achievements of workers, as well as the labor movement's contributions to improved working conditions, fair wages, and the rights we value today.

That is all being eroded by progs today. Mass immigration, opposition to resource development, rising taxes, green energy subsidies to billionaires who raise the price of everything, agricultural cabals, and foreign aid.  All of these things are destroying the gains that we who work for a living fought hard to get for our brothers and sisters.

I was a union rep. The union bosses are part of the conspiracy today. They betray their due paying members by supporting the progressive assault on Canadian workers.

Labour day used to mean something to me. It was a day of reflection and respect. Now it is a slap in the face. It is a reminder how global progressives are destroying the working class.

I was always uncomfortable with organized labor's influence over politics. But, there is a difference between public and private sector unions. Public sector unions are the bullying wing of progressive parties.

I aint ever had a unionized job in my life. I worked international upstream oil and gas and that aint union shops.

It looks like unions are coming around to their roots again. The head of the Teamsters endorsed Trump and supports energy development. Some trade unions in Canada have walked away from the NDP.

All the public sector unions are run by elitists who have a hard on for working folks.

The good life is coming to an end in rich Anglo countries. Canada will be the first to fall. In fact it already has.

Singapore will be the richest English speaking country in the world on a per capita basis.

The teacher's union in my province is the kingmaker. They decide provincial elections.

This picture sums up the Liberal Party of Canada. Actually the Conservatives and the NDP too.

As other folks have said, Trump is only delaying the collapse of the US. In Canada and Britain, the end is at hand.
