I lived and worked abroad for rwenty six years. Most of them in Muslim shitholes.

I can tell you that Islam does not compare to Christianity or Judaism. They are religious and cutural.

Islam is a vile ideological cult with the appearance of religion. There aint no comaparison with any other religion. That is because it aint just a religion.

 I know. People who are unfamiliar with Christianity and Islam just kinda think "Meh. They are Abrahamic religions" and think these are comparable world views.

 And they are so fucking NOT. I mean Christianity built the western world. The principles of liberty and justice are borrowed directly from the word of God. People who hate "religion" hate this. Its true though.

 I wish people would dig deeper and really seek to understand more before they discard ideas or facts. But when people have their own issues and jobs and families to take care of, the tendency is to simplify and make a quick judgement. I GET it. But it's dangerous to do.

 Because one of these "Abraham's religions" built our whole way of life and grant us our human rights and human dignity....and the other is seeking to destroy it. And is making scary good progress in their 100 year plan.

 You will never see Christains seeking to live by the laws of the old covenant. Those were only for a certain chosen people for a certain time in human history and the core belief of Christianity is that Jesus fulfilled the requirements of the law and we are only reconciled to God through Him. Youll never see them setting up some government and forcing people to walk with Jesus. The gospel opposes that. People either come to Jesus or they don't and Christains are told to let them do as they will.

 And Islam? They will take the world by force for Allah and slaughter all enemies of allah....as commanded in the demonic books they live by.

Dove, how familiar are you with the Seventh Day Adventist church?

They are an interesting denomination. They practice Jewish dietary laws, their sabbath is Saturday and I believe they have head coverings during service.

They are like the original Jews for Jesus.

 Somewhat. My old college roommate is a Seventh Day Adventist.

 They mimic Messianic jews but have some weird beliefs about food and tend to go into conspiracy theories a bit too much for me.

 Also the messianic jews do not try to observe a bunch of old Covenant laws like the Seventh day people do. Its odd.

 We all know that Saturday is the Sabbath. I'm not sure at what point that got confused. We do church on Sunday because its the Lords day, because Christ rose on Sunday.  Not because Sunday is the Sabbath.

 But Adventists seem to think this was done on purpose to make people sin? To hide us from the "truth"....so they are conspiracy minded. A studied Christain knows the Sabbath is on Saturday. No one HID this information. But they think that.

 They have some weird ideas about holidays as well.

 Church history explains A LOT of why we recognize the faith in the ways we do....and its a lot of information. I mean it's a few thousand years worth of information. If someone isn't super interested I can see how they wouldnt know a lot of things about the history of the faith.

 But these people believe it's some grand satanic conspiracy to keep people from the "real" Jesus.

 They mean well. 

 I love the Jews for Jesus. I used to visit a messianic synoguage here in my state (not the one that was attacked).....I learned so much about the scriptures from them. They have a much deeper understanding....a more "jewish" understanding lol. I learned about the name of God and I learned that when Jesus said "My God my God, why have you forsaken me?" He was quoting a prophecy of Himself David wrote in the Pslams.

 They taught me a lot about how to study the scriptures. 

 I'm  more familiar with Messianics than the Adventists....the Adventist tend to bleed into this Sacred Name cult where they think the name "Jesus" is fake and we are all praying to Satan. Its some weird stuff.

 They claim when we pick up presents from under the Christmas tree, we are bowing to idols. Just all kinds of wacky shit.

 I use head coverings when I'm praying at home. Its just going before the Lord respectfully. If im fasting I'll use head coverings. Its mostly meant for corporate worship it was proper for women in the early church to cover their heads.  So that and the Sabbath they have right....they get weird with the food and holidays and the names of God.

Fundie Christianity vs fundie islam is no contest. Millions more die and suffer under fundie islam. I am also not aware of fundie pislamists having a change of heart and denouncing the murder of non pislamists in their midst. In fact, their behavior continues today.

 You CANT compare muslims to Christains. You cant. This is NOT like how some Christains are just extremist fundis...Islam isn't just "Muslim fundis"...that isnt how it works. Thats how Christains work. That isnt how Islam works.

 The Islam holy text orders them to slaughter enemies of Allah. Marry little girls. What you see in Iran is NOT extremism. Its the base line practice of Islam.

 And I would absolutely challange any muslims who say otherwise. They are either lying (a practice of Islam FYI) or they arent actually muslim.

 When you go into some Christain fundamentalist cult like I was raised in, they are doing things and teaching things that are not biblical or of the faith 

 Go to Iran and Islam is functioning exactly as it's taught in their holy books.

 When they overcome countries, they present themselves as just religious people. The problem is, Islam is not a religion. It's a political cult and set up to be a tyrannical government 

 The goal of Christainity is to spread the gospel to all nations. The goal of Islam is to take over the world for Allah.

 I openly say televangelism and the prosperity gospel isn't Christainity. It's not. They aren't following scripture. They deny Jesus. They encourage material comforts instead of spiritual strength.

 Just like a vegan isnt a vegan if they are eating steak.

 Same goes for "peaceful" Muslims. There is no such thing. There are deceitful and lying muslims and people who claim to be Muslim who don't follow Islam at all and I would ask someone like that why they would even associate themselves with a god who commands the slaughter of human beings and the rape of children.

 Its bad either way. You either are following it or are unbothered by what it teaches. (NOT you..People who say they are muslim)

 I'm order for muslims to be a peaceful and honorable faith? You have to throw out the entire Quran and give it some new name. Its not and never will be a religion or peaceful. When they say they want peace? They believe that can only happen when non Muslims are gone.

 Their heaven is virgins with no hair that they just fuck for eternity. Oh and women all go to hell. So tell me....why would anyone believe this and sell it as peace?

All very true. Xtianity and Islam are fundamentally different.

Islam doesn't have the same definition of peace as Xtianity. Xtians believe peace comes salvation in the atoning blood of Christ. Islam believes peace is achieved through conquest.

They are another sect that gets hung up on "we do it the right way". More power to them. IMO after reading the Bible is, the Sabbath is Friday at dusk until Saturday at dusk.

It seems to me that God intended us to have a day of rest. He made sure we knew it was important enough to levy the death penalty for wanton violators.

As far as dietary laws, the apostles declared what parts of The Law apply to gentiles at The Council of Jerusalem. Ham sammies and shrimp were not declared as being put upon gentiles.

I find the Seventh Day Adventists an interesting denomination. They still believe in the validity of the Pentateuchal laws regarding clean and unclean food.

Oh and they do not believe you go directly to heaven or hell when you die.
