the store we use is "democrat adjacent" so i went and bought me a nice 22 revolver for "getting my groceries home".... i have never had a desire to carry a pistol but the political/social climate is getting too extreme NOT to carry something....

lmmfao.... our places are crowded.... not "big city" crowded but ppl like to stand close together and aren't as "situationally aware" as they should be.... a hot load from a 9 or 10 can easily hit someone behind the target.... 22's rarely ever leave the body and can kill relatively easy.... even if you just wound someone with a 22, it can be more painful than expected.... you get shot in the knee and it travels down your leg to pop out of your toe and rattle around in your shoe.... thats gonna take all the gas outta your tank and you're not gonna wanna play with me no more....

I gave away most of my rifles to my nephews. All I have now are a 270 and a 22. They will look after all the wild critters that come on my property without my permission.
