It's actually the 24th amendment that is more closely aligned with what deadskin is looking to accomplish

but even that one is not an apples to apples scenario.

I read the British Labour party either did lower the voting age to sixteen or is planning on introducing legislation to do that. Kids living with their parents deciding how money they did not earn will be spent.
