My internet speed isn't what anyone would call "blazing fast" and this is a couple minutes ago:

Weird. ISP should not have any bearing on a page that is generated via the result of local resources. Now if the page said generated in .0888 seconds but your perception was 13 or more seconds then yes for the page to become available in your browswer, it would be reasonable to conclude it is related to your local isp.

I too have seen the page loads take 13 seconds in the past and ran a gamut of resource diagnostics which are available in Linux and came up empty. I think that just to be sure DKG should open a ticket with the provider and have them look into it.

It's kind of difficult since he's not a technical guy and would have to run their responses by me and vise versa but if there was a way to authorize me to speak to them directly I could have them look at things which should be looked at during a competent troubleshooting process

There's only one explanation then...

...those pesky internet goblins are intentionally slowing down this site in particular whenever it tries to reach you. When the pages finally arrive do they whiff of glue, or have any ligature marks? Do they ever complain of unexpected obstacles or detours?

Goblins are mischievous but not really very bright; you could try bribing them with snacks. Most goblins are partial to peanut butter fudge, so I'm told.

I chatted with Jaguar yesterday. They cannot add a second person, but I can give you the password if I can remember it. I have it saved.

They told me they cannot do anything about it while the speed is good. And it was good when they tested it.
