Sounds good, chicken has healing properties when sick.

Im having chicken tonight too, thighs. Might grill them. Maybe some mashed taters.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

We'll have dipping sauces for our chicken and dressing for our salads..

We don't eat potatoes more than once per week and often once per month.

I take it you're not into condiments? Good for you. I try to limit how much I drown my food lol, but still like to dip some things. I call my gf the Condiment Queen

I think its because chicken is light food.

It doesnt require a lot of energy to digest chicken.

And hot spicy fluids are always good for you when you are sick..

We are 3 hours into an 8 hour cook/smoke time. Using pecan wood to smoke it. Prepared it with the rub I use on briskets. Should be quite tasty and probably almost black from the smoke when it's done.

That sounds good. We did leave our turkey on the pit about an hour too long because the breast was just a tad dry but between the rub and smoke, overall it was very tasty. It looks kind of black but it is not burned, it is the smoke.
