Yes, it can be stuffed with anything--spinach, crab meat, asparagus, julienned red and green peppers, many options.

Ragu spaghetti sauce and whole wheat spahettini pasta. I added garlic, onion, ground beef and olives to the sauce. Not exactly what Renee would make, but edible and lots left over for the train.

We had barbequed hamburgers today topped with onions, cheese mustard on whole wheat buns..



A tossed green salad with a vinaigrette dressing too..



We washed it down with lemonade.

If you use extra lean ground beef and garnish it with fresh onions, spinach and peppers then place them on whole wheat buns they can be healthy too.
