I'll tell you what's NOT for dinner anymore...  Ricky's (restaurant) beef dips.  They used to be acceptable, but went there the other week and it seems they now utilize some kinda salty pulled beef sort of material that they place in there.  The menu, of course, does not state this change.

Tonight I have decided to make baked salmon with ceasar salad and some cheesy Texas toast.



Tomorrow the kid has a tournament and it's going on late, so I may take her out for a bite OR unless I make something in the slow cooker?? But what??

Think Im doing burritos tonight and salmon tomorrow. Whatever I dont have tonight Im having tomorrow lol. Thursday Im having Cheesy Hashbrowns made with ground turkey, and baked beans.
