I had arancini today. The capers overpowered all the other flavours.

Wow, Velvet! You just introduced me to arancini. Now I am intrigued to try it. I believe I have eaten everything there is to eat including durian. Some asians know what that is. However, I have never had arancini. Now I will try it. Thanks!

I make it several ways.

1) baked, with mango ginger chutney

2) baked, with jalapenos and honey

3) fried, cut in strips, breaded, seasoned (cajun, pepper, garlic salt)

4) grilled, with a Texas style dry rub

I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone
