Sounds damn good! Im jealous lol.

I dont usually eat oysters in the months with no R (May, June, July, August), my dad taught me they are out of season during those months and might get a bad one.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Quote from: "Erica Mena"How do you make your salmon ?

I bake mine with butter and season it with lemon pepper

I make it several ways.

1) baked, with mango ginger chutney

2) baked, with jalapenos and honey

3) fried, cut in strips, breaded, seasoned (cajun, pepper, garlic salt)

4) grilled, with a Texas style dry rub

Fresh fish is a rare treat in our house..

Usually I buy frozen haddock fillets.

The salmon I get are frozen fillets too.

I miss the fish in Israel.

Why? Are there none here that can compare?

Salmon is popular here in Vancouver. I miss fresh mullet and sea bass.

Was big in Seattle too, and damn good!

@realAzhyaAryola

My favorite fish is Chilean Sea Bass and Barramundi. They are just delectable broiled. I prefer broiled.

Just made fried chicken tenders, fried squash and zuchinni, roasted red garlic mashed taters, with a sweet heat sauce to dip the chicken in.

Two hours to make dinner on a Tuesday, remind me not to do that again lol. BUT, I WILL have to make this double dip recipe again lol.

We actually had a break from the heat today, instead of 99 it was 72, thanks to the rain.
