They complained that the salmon tasted funny... might have been the drizzle of sunflower oil I used in the skillet or maybe it was just them getting a cold.

The chuck roast I sous vide for 26 hours at 135 F went straight to the fridge. Will be eating it tomorrow. It sure looks good.
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone

It's supposed to expire tomorrow, but I think the provincial government will extend it.

I think they went back to 50% occupancy down here.

We will have a jacket with us in case we have to get our special table in the parking lot...LOL

They were lol. Couple brothers from San Diego started it up. Cheap too.

I dont think its even about the vaccine anymore. Biden in office, the virus did its job. It will slowly go away now, watch.
