Going to make some caramelized onion bread today. Been awhile. Also going to cook up a batch of bbq sauce with the same caramelized onions. Got a good sous chef so it should be fun...

I thought there was more propane in the bottle than what there was..



My husband had to go out and get a replacement in the middle of cooking.

The little 4.5 kg bottles are a good back up size to the 9 kg bottles, if you get the right adapter.



Something to think about maybe for the future. I try to keep two 9 kg, two 4.5 kg, and a generic single burner cartridge stove with a couple dozen cans of butane on hand.

We have a propane barbeque, but we don't use it. We have a firepit.
